3.1 The “Clinical-Standard” Return Policy
At ParlorPro.store, we deal in high-contact professional tools. Because our products are used in hygiene-sensitive environments (Salons, Spas, Barbershops), our return policy is governed by strict Bio-Safety Standards. Unlike general e-commerce, we cannot “re-sell” items that have been exposed to a salon environment.
3.2 Eligibility for Mechanical Returns
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If heavy equipment (e.g., a Facial Steamer) fails to power on during the initial 24-hour testing window, we offer an immediate replacement or technician-led repair.
- Manufacturing Defects: We provide a 6-month mechanical warranty on hydraulic systems and heating elements. This does not cover “wear and tear” items like upholstery, leatherette, or plastic casing.
3.3 The “Non-Returnable” Hygiene List
To maintain the safety of the Pakistan beauty industry, the following items are Strictly Non-Returnable:
- Opened Liquids/Chemicals: Hair dyes, developers, waxes, and facials.
- Personal Tools: Scissors, razors, tweezers, and brushes (once the factory seal is broken).
- Upholstered Items: Any chair or bed that has been unboxed and placed on a salon floor is ineligible for return due to hair/skin contact protocols.
3.4 Refund Velocity & Verification
Approved refunds for cancelled (un-shipped) orders are processed within 10-14 business days. For equipment returns (DOA), a physical inspection by a ParlorPro technician is required at our Lahore or Karachi warehouse before a credit note is issued.
