By accessing ParlorPro.store or purchasing industrial salon equipment, you agree to this “Professional Supply Accord.” This contract governs the B2B relationship between ParlorPro and the salon entity. These terms are engineered to protect the supply chain and ensure the safety of beauty professionals and their clients.
2.2 Equipment Warranty & Mechanical Disclaimers
- The “Professional-Use Only” Clause: All products sold on ParlorPro.store (Hair Steamers, Hydraulic Chairs, Sterilizers) are designed for professional use by trained technicians. We are not liable for injuries resulting from home-use or untrained operation.
- Electrical Variance: Our equipment is built for the Pakistan power grid (220V-240V). We highly recommend the use of high-quality voltage stabilizers. Damage caused by power surges or “load-shedding” fluctuations is not covered under the standard mechanical warranty.
- The “Structural Load” Limit: Salon chairs and beds have specific weight capacities. Exceeding these limits voids the structural warranty.
2.3 Logistics & Commercial Delivery
Heavy equipment (Salon Stations/Shampoo Units) is delivered via specialized freight. The client is responsible for ensuring the delivery site (the salon) is accessible to cargo vehicles. Our “Ground-Floor Delivery” policy applies unless “White-Glove Installation” is purchased as an add-on module.
